There is an detailed description on how to build the parallel version of ALUGrid on

If you follow this description, ALUGrid simply won't work in parallel.  So the documentation on that page is wrong.

Robert suggested to remove the comments on parallel ALUGrid because they are misleading.  If you agree, I will do this and replace them by a more explicit pointer to the ALUGrid README file.
