Details - The new SIMTECH-Cluster in Stuttgart uses MVAPICH2 as MPI implementation.

Unfortunately, dune-common does not recognize this implementation and fails
at the configure step. The attached patch fixed the problem for me (it's my first
attempt at M4, so I hope I did not make any horrible mistakes...)
