I vote for mine.  dune-localfunctions has been set up guerrilla-style without a consensus on the question. duneproject does it the other way around.  But I think the arguments are on the table and we may as well call for a formal vote now.

BTW, I actually think that this is part of a larger question: what is the correct layout of a dune module?  For example, is there a src directory as described in the buildsystem tutorial?  The core modules don't have it. And if yes, what is in it?
