[Dune] Dune meeting

Dear Dune,
as done for earlier meetings we'd like to make a list of topics,
suggestions, ... for the proposed meeting in November.

To avoid polluting the repository/flyspray/list we (Oliver and I)
thought it would be nice to use a wiki for this purpose. Thanks
to Christian we have such a wiki now:
