[Dune] Status of 2.0 release

Dear Dune,

I just wanted to ask whether you maybe could take a look at FS#690,
since it apparently did not receive any attention since I posted it five
months ago. This prevents us from using the release, since at the moment
we backdate the dgfparser directory to make parallel UGGrid work with dgf.

Since it already worked in previous versions, I hope that it might be
easy to fix if somebody familiar with dgf takes a look at it. If not I
also volunteer to look at it more closely.
