[Dune] Advances of the parallel UGGrid

Dear Dune!
Bernd Flemisch and Andreas Lauser have provided new patches
for the parallel UGGrid grid manager.  You can now load balance
a grid, refine, and communicate vertex and element data on the
leaf and level views.  We would appreciate it if people doing
parallel computing could try whether their codes work with UGGrid
and file all the bugs they find.
