[Dune] Next DUNE release end of February 2011.

Hello Dune,

the next DUNE release is scheduled for the end of February 2011.
This means that a release branch will be created around the end of
January or mid of February. Until then I would like to ask all
developers and contributors not to commit changes (critical or not) to
the current trunk that could destabilize the code.

The release management is done in Freiburg this time.
I'll create a flyspray entry where we can mark task that have to be
closed until for the release.
