[Dune] Local Refinement in a DUNE Grid

When I try to call the function grid.mark( ), I get an error message saying
"no matching function for call to ‘Dune::SGrid<3, 3, double>::mark(int,
refine_mesh(G&) [with G = main(int,
char**)::GridType]::ElementLeafIterator&)'

Is it because I have not included the right header file?
