[Dune] Please merge fixes for superlu.m4 to release!

Hi!

Please merge the revision r1180 of dune-istl and the revisions r5898 to r5908
of dune-common (-r5897:5908) to the release.  They fix a bug with SuperLU: if
SuperLU was detected by dune-istl or a module depending on dune-istl, config.h
would contain "#define HAVE_SUPERLU 1".  dune-istl contains some headers that
enable different features, depending on whether HAVE_SUPERLU was defined or
not.  If there is a program compiled without $(SUPERLU_CPPFLAGS) using on of
those headers this will break: The include path for SuperLU will be missing
but HAVE_SUPERLU will still be defined.

The patches above fix this by using the ENABLE_SUPERLU/HAVE_SUPERLU pair of
defines which has proved useful for other packages as.  They also clean up
superlu.m4 and improve the documentation a lot.
