These methods have been added to the interface:
- Intersection::boundarySegmentIndex
- Grid::numBoundarySegments

I also updated the gridcheck to test these methods. The boundary index is assumed to be a local, zeo-based, contiguous integer. Note that this index cannot be persistent across dynamic load balancing.

AlbertaGrid already supports these methods and as far as I know, they are currently being implemented into ALUGrid.
