[Dune] LDFLAGS-Transition

Hi!

I'm going to do the rest of the LDFLAGS transition on the trunk, since
constatnly merging Makefile changes would be really tedius.  However, there
will probably be some breakages.  I will try to avoid them, but testing with
every possible combination of external packages would be a little bit much.
If something breaks and you suspekt it's due to that stuff, please contact
me (mail, Dune-list, flyspry#566, or work-phone 06221-54-8888).
