[Dune] dune fails to build

I can reproduce that on our mac.  I'm goin to look into it.  Do you remember
the last revision of dune-common and dune-grid that worked?

BTW (though that does appear to be unrelated to the issue above) why are you
using mpicxx instead of g++ or similar?  Dune should figure out the flags
needed to compile with MPI and the system compiler during configure.
