[Dune] [#672] GridFactory: "BoundarySegments" for Elements

I can understand you being uneasy about it, and if you don't want
to have it in the release we can take it out of the release branch
again.

On the other hand we do need something like this eventually.  Therefore,
until something better is suggested, I would like to keep the current
parametrized element interface in the trunk.
