Dear Dune-developers, in the release notes for Dune2.0 the link to the transition page for the description of the numbering of the subentities of the reference element does not work any more. Can you please fix it or send it to me, as I need these details for an update of Kaskade7 to Dune2.0. Thanks a lot for your help. Kind regards Lars Lubkoll
