[Dune] Add a "mydimension" enum to the Intersection interface

Hi!

I would like to have a enum { mydimension = dimension-1 } in the Intersection
class.  This would make the interface of Intersection and Entity similar
enough that I can construct a reference element for a given object without
knowing whether it is an Intersection or an Entity.

Is anyone against this?
