[Dune] Debian packaging progress

Dear Dune!
I have successfully managed to build Dune packages for the dune-common
Dune module.  The packages can be installed the usual way with dpkg,
and I can configure and build my other local dune modules with the installed
dune-common from the package.

I have set up a new web page where the packages can be downloaded.
Currently there is a 2.0 module and a snapshot from the trunk.  I will
package the remaining core modules in the next few days, as time permits.

I invite all Debian and Ubuntu users to try the packages, give me feedback,
and file bugs.  I would appreciate it if the buildsystem experts could spare
some time and work on the installation-related bugs already reported in
the bugtracker.
