[Dune] How to use parallel UGGrid?

Hi Wolfgang!
I tried your code, but cannot reproduce the problem.  Can I have your
grid?  Does is load in a sequential setting?  What is your dune version?
What kind of UG do you have?  How many processes did you try?
What is your MPI?
