On my private machine, I cannot configure with ICC 11 due to this problem. The ICC tries to use GCC's TR1 implementation but cannot compile it (it finds the headers, though). The only way to make it work is --disable-tr1-headers. But then, the shared_ptr is still found (but cannot be compiled).

Since this problem affects support for ICC, I consider this a show stopper for 2.0
