[Dune] ISTLAllocator

[Oliver Sander]

Dear Dune!
I just stumbled across the ISTLAllocator class.  It looks very much
like what std::allocator is supposed to do.  Could somebody please
tell me what the differences are and why we are not using
std::allocator directly?
