Details - The test for libamiramesh fails to recognize the version downloaded as described.

The test says that AmiraMesh.h is not found. However the config.log shows that it is found but the test does not compile.

The attached script does a checkout of dune-common and dune-grid and tries to configure with a downloaded libamiramesh.

Same problem for trunk and 2.0-branch.

My system is ubuntu 9.04 with gcc-4.4.1
