[Dune] Write access for Christoph Gersbacher

Hi all,

would it be possible for Christoph Gersbacher to get write access to the SVN 
repository (again). He already had write access once, implementing the DUNE 
bindings for ALU 2d.

In case we need someone to sponsor him, I'm willing to do this.
