[Dune] Applying an ISTL InverseOperator to multiple right-hand sides

I'm afraid I'm a bit busy at the moment, but I'll try to find the time
during the week to whip up a patch.  As most of the operations are
documented elsewhere it shouldn't be too much work.  Mostly, I guess,
the mere existence of the ScaledIdentityMatrix eluded me.  I don't
really know how advertise such specialised operators other than amongst
the classes listed in the Doxygen "Classes" tab.

Still, I'll see what I can do.
