Dan raises a valid Point here.  Franz, please make sure to rebuild dune-grid
after an svn update.  The buildsystem of your module cannot notice when source
files of another module change and that module needs to be rebuild.  If a
neccessary rebuild is skipped, that would lead to linking errors like the one
you showed here.
