Hi Christian,
I set in my opts file:
PKG_CONFIG='/usr/bin/pkg-config'
PKG_CONFIG_PATH='/home/patrick/dune/dune-common'
and now I end up with the following error in the config.log. dune-common
is in ~/dune/dune-common and not in /user/local/include.
## ------------------ ##
## Running config.lt. ##
## ------------------ ##
config.lt:728: creating libtool
configure:23226: checking for dune-common installation or source tree
configure:23245: $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "dune-common"
configure:23248: $? = 0
configure:23258: result: global installation in /usr/local
configure:23324: checking dune/common/stdstreams.hh usability
configure:23324: mpiCC -std=c++0x -c -g -I/usr/local/include
conftest.cpp >&5
conftest.cpp:85: fatal error: dune/common/stdstreams.hh: No such file or
directory
compilation terminated.
Has someone an idea? Or can someone report a successful installation of
dune using ubuntu 10.10?
Thanks a lot,
Patrick
