[Dune] Discuss Dune-User-Poll on Dev-Meeting

Hi all,

I forgot to add this to the list of topics, but after the great
resonance on the user-poll during the dune-user-meeting, I think we
should discuss the poll-results during our meeting.

I suggest do this at the beginning, so that we can take the
user-opinion into account when discussing the topics list or the
proposals.
