[Dune] Permission problems in the Dune repository

Dear all,

According to my request, Ahmet has fixed some permission problems in the 
Dune repository.

I wasn't able to commit to dune-swe repository with the following error 
message:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Can't write activity db
svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file:

Now commits are possible.
