[Dune] Question about dune-grid-howto/shapefunctions.hh

I'm sorry. I missed to check this one. There seems to be no reason
to make it a singleton. In fact it is none, since the copy constructor
is not hidden and the finiteelemens example makes a copy of the static
instance.
