Thanks for your help. Unfortunately the patch doesn't solve the problem. I get

sander at igel:~/tmp$ dunecontrol export
ERROR: while creating list of dune.module files
       couldn't find dune.module file for dune-common in /usr

Execution of dunecontrol terminated due to errors!
sander at igel:~/tmp$
