Just a reminder: That fix is not complete, as something needs to be done about nullptr_t - The Dune emulation places it in the Dune namespace,
while the standard puts it in std::.

So the question remains: Import it into the namespace, use a macro or do something completely different... As that is mostly a question of philosophy and coding style, I'd really like to leave that up to the developers, though.
