Steffen's patch just includes another standard header.  I don't really see why that shouldn't be a in the 2.1 release, if it makes some of our power users happy.  As for nullptr_t, all Dune emulation classes (like shared_ptr etc) are in the namespace Dune rather than std.  Hence consistency requires doing the same for nullptr_t.
