Hi Oli,
yes it is. Tags for the 2.1.0 release were created yesterday, so you can
commit such changes again.
There is a minor delay in the creation of the release tarballs, since the
--enable-officialtarballs mode requires WML, which we don't have installed. I
asked Jö to build the release tarballs, but I'm still waiting for an answer.
