[Dune] Release tarballs

Hi!

Martin asked me to build release tarballs, since he doesn't want to install
WML.  Here is the result:

Did I miss any core module?

I'll send those files to Martin so he can do final testing if he deems
necessary.

For "make dist" to work for grid-howto (and maybe grid-dev-howto, I'm not
sure) I needed to checkout dune-web alongside all the other modules.
Otherwise I get complaints about a missing "layout.wml" or something similar.

Building the tarballs was done by checking out the release tags
(tags/release-2.1), cleaning up the working copies (removing any files that
weren't in the repository) and then doing

  dunecontrol --only=dune-$module all : make dist

for each module in turn.
