You are right Allgather is missing and makes perfect sense (actually just now I happen to need it. MPI_Scan too, but I never used anyway and therefore did not miss it. What are you using it for?

The other methods are not collective, are they? So they would have to go somewhere else. On the other hand it was never our intention to replicate the full MPI functionality. Do we really want to open this can of worms.
