A new Flyspray task has been opened. Details are below.
User who did this - Elias Pipping (pipping)
Attached to Project - Dune
Summary - Make dune-common and clang++/libc++ get along a bit better
Task Type - Bug Report
Category - Common
Status - Unconfirmed
Assigned To -
Operating System - Linux
Severity - Low
Priority - Normal
Reported Version - SVN (pre2.2)
Due in Version - Undecided
Due Date - Undecided
Details - The problem outlined in #904 which applies to libstdc++ from gcc 4.6 applies to libc++ from the llvm project as well.
Aside from that, the following (and some more) changes are required in order to make dune-common (and its tests) compile with clang++/libc++:
* 0001-_-M-N-_DUNE_TEST_-M-N.patch:
libc++ uses _N and _M.
* 0002-clang-sets-__GNUC__-as-well.patch:
clang defines __GNUC__ but the code surrounded by __GNUC__ #idefs is not meant for clang.
One or more files have been attached.
