[Dune] BiCGSTAB Solver Error

Hi,

I solve a system Ax = b using a BiCGSTAB solver of dune. The solver fails &
gives an error:

DUNE ERROR: ISTLError
[apply:/home/sj/dune/dune-istl/dune/istl/solvers.hh:766]: breakdown in
BiCGSTAB - rho 0 <= EPSILON 1e-80 after 1956.5 iterations*

Can someone please tell me the reason of the error & how to avoid it?
