Details - In dune-common there are two files that contain non-standard memory allocation code.
These are
- polyallocator.hh
- smallobject.hh
Since the GenericGeometries have been rewritten to not use these files anymore they
are now obsolete and should be removed.

Since the code in these files was never mentioned a lot nor documented well I suspect
it was never used outside of the dune core modules. I therefore propose to remove them directly, without having them deprecated in a release.
