Details - The check for opengl is direclty added to the ALL_PKG_FLAGS,LIBS. 
Since it cannot be disabled by --without-gl (or opengl) it should be removed form the ALL_PKG_LIBS,FLAGS. This caused, for example, problems on JUGENE for some reason.
