Hi Oli, hi Carsten,

good to know that there are some possibilities of broken code of this
change.

I recommend to introduce a DUNE_GRID_COMPATIBILTY preprocessor define
that, if defined, will make the copy constructor public.

By default, this should not be defined that nobody will run into this
without knowing. Unfortunately, deprecation of the method is difficult,
since it is used internally.
