[Dune] Reading a TetGen Generated Grid

Hi,

I was looking to read in a grid generated by TetGen into DUNE. The
documentation says that *"Reading simplex grids through DGF constructed
using the tools TetGen".*

But, the output file of TetGen is quite different to be read in as a DGF
file. I have a list of nodes and coordinates, but that's all I have. The DGF
Parser requires Simplex definitions also.

Could someone please tell me how to read in a TetGen generated mesh file?
