Carsten and I cleared out the last issue and the patch set is now committed in dune-grid revisions 7330--7344.  No allocator is used anymore by the GenericGeometries, and all data is held on the stack.  I do not get any strict-aliasing warnings.  Thanks to Martin and Carsten for doing most of the work.

This change was fairly invasive in a central part of Dune.  Watch out for new bugs that may be related to this.  You now get a new crash in test-ug which I am not sure is directly related, and which should not concern normal use cases.

I expect code that makes heavy use of GenericGeometries to be faster now.  I'd be curious to know numbers.
