Without any accusation intended, this might also be a good time to
specifically write down what the duties of a release manager are. This
could even include some detailed explanation, like Christian's
explanation on how to upload stuff via webdav.

Any future release manager would thus have some kind of checklist and
how-to at hand...

Aside from that: happy to see a new release!
