I know of this one.  It has actually been around for quite a while, but I never found the time to really look at it. It may actually be very hard to fix -- I don't quite know.  On the other hand it only happens on very special occasions: upon destruction of a 2d UGGrid when you also have a 3d UGGrid around.  We may consider simply replacing the DUNE_THROW with a warning.
