Yes, I have installed Doxygen but I get the same error.

OK, this solve the problem. Thanks. I did this per each module, because
I don't know how do this from dunecontrol:

./dune-common/bin/dunecontrol --configure-opts=
--disable-documentation ? 

don't works.
