Bei den CXXFLAGS muss ich lügen. In configure steht folgende Zeile:
CXXFLAGS="-Wall -Wfatal-errors -DNDEBUG -O3 -funroll-loops -finline-functions -ffast-math -march=opteron -msse -mfpmath=sse"

Unter Umständen ist fast-math oder SSE das Problem. Wenn man mit SSE rechnet hat man intern nur 64 bit Genauigkeit, die FPU verwendet 80bit floats. Vielleicht sollten wir die Vergleichsgenauigkeit einfach auf 1e-8 stellen.
