I find utility much more natural and descriptive then src since it contains utility classes.
In general I think we should have much more code in the utility directory and less in
dune-grid/common (e.g. the mappers, the quadratures).

I can see that the clash is a problem although it seems a rather weird bug in this one gcc.
We seem to be lucky that there is no io or test file in the gcc distribution...
