To update everyone explicitly:  there are two utility directories in dune-grid: dune-grid/dune/grid/utility (which contains useful headers which don't really belong to the core of dune-grid) and dune-grid/utility which contains some utility programs to generate statistics of a grid read in via gmsh (format list to be exteded if desired) and (trunk only) to convert gmsh files to a parallel collection of ALU macrogrid files and to display such a collection macrogrid files using vtk.

It was the directory with utility programs dune-grid/utility that was problematic, because dune-grid itself appeared in the standard list of include paths and at least some compiler tried to include that directory on "#include <utility>".
