This is indeed a problem. gmsh2dgf can obviously not build with a structured grid. The default, though, is YASPGRID. To make it work, you have to use, e.g., 'make GRIDTYPE=ALUGRID_SIMPLEX'.

The problem in choosing a default is that the only unstructured grid completely implemented within dune-grid is OneDGrid. Should we use this grid by default? Has OneDGrid been tested with the GmshReader?
