[Dune] Static SuperLU_DIST library and dune-istl

I think while dune-istl's configure has an option for superLU-dist, dune-istl
doesn't actually use the library.  Whats more, the test is severely broken.

For the trunk (but not for 2.1) Christian patched the test some weeks ago.  It
may work now, but I suppose dune-istl still doesn't make use of the library.

So, If you just want to use dune-istl, don't pass the --with-superludist
option.  If you need superLU-dist for your own modules, the test from
dune-common's trunk may be the way to go.  No guarantees, though.
