The modules list still looks bad on the web.  I didn't see this than building the documentation on my laptop; this is probabl due to the server being on Doxygen 1.5 and my laptopn on Doxygen 1.7.  In particular:

* Quadrature is a toplevel group and not a subgroup of dune-geometry.

* "Transition to Generic Reference Elements" is a direct subgroup of dune-geometry but should be a subgroup of "Generic Reference Elements".

* dune-geometry should be located between common and grid in the list (It is at the end now).
