Dear Dune, since we are in a transition anyways: could the name of the file genericreferenceelements.hh be changed to referenceelements.hh? The 'generic' prefix is only there for historical reasons, and since the file moved to dune-geometry, people have to adjust the path anyway. -- Oliver
